New patients are always welcome.

Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service.



Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.


Financial

Our fees are in keeping with our services. All of our fees are openly discussed in advance of any treatment. You will know all costs that you are responsible for before treatment begins. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash & checks.


Insurance
Insurance companies and union plans with which you deal are obligated to you, not to the dentist. You pay them for, or you receive in the form of an employment benefit, a contract to cover part or all of your dental expenses. They must pay you for any dental service to the extent spelled out in your contract. You are personally financially responsible to the dentist for the service rendered.

As a courtesy, we will complete all paperwork for you to ensure that you receive the maximum reimbursement from your plan. We are not a provider or participant of any insurance plan. If the insurance company has not taken away your right to choose your dental provider then we will happily submit for you.
